Morning Tea Experience

We will require a credit card number to hold your reservation. In the event that you’re unable to make it on your reservation date, we highly encourage you to give us a call. As stated below You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your reservation date with no charge.

If you’ve made a reservation and wish to cancel, you may cancel up to 48 hours before your reservation date with no charge. Should you cancel within 24-48 hours of your reservation a fee of $20.00 per guest will be applied. Should you cancel your booking on the same day, the cancellation fee will be $30.00 per guest. The cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card once you confirm cancellation. Should someone in your party be unable to attend on the day of, we will gladly package the serving of food & tea as a to-go package and you will be charged the full amount for  their serving. No shows really hurt! Our Afternoon Teas are prepared fresh, in house daily and is an item that we serve the day of for quality and freshness. The Afternoon Teas are not an item that can be served the next day, therefore, when someone does not show it becomes a completely wasted product. Our desire is to eliminate food waste, as much as possible, especially with the rising costs of food, plus, take into account the hours and wages spent in preparation! If you don’t come on your reservation date and do not cancel your reservation, you will be charged a no-show fee of $40.00 per person.

Due to our intimate size, we will require from groups of 6 or more a 25% deposit at the time of booking to hold the table for you; (the total cost for Afternoon Tea is $50 + HST PER PERSON). These payments can be made by credit card. Your final guest count will be required 2 days before the reservation date, and you will be charged for the total guest number you tell us on your reservation date. Should someone in your party be unable to attend on the day of, we will package the serving of food & tea as a to-go package. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we will be turning away other customers to seat your larger group, so we have found this is the best method for managing larger groups.
